test is to avoid stress and to gain to fight all distractions away and begin to
complete the task of doing something better for yourself and to put those
problems on the back side of the old stress list, and start to put your goals
together on the new something to do list, because stress can kill because it Is
so easy to read a book then taking pills
for stress and let the book you choose to read take your mind some where else
in other words the story in the book you choose will help your mind relax, how
bout doing something positive with the kids are going on a morning run or to
the fitness club to work out, and reading your bible before you sleep and also
try saying your prayers twice a day I mean it is a start.
Stress can
give you a stroke and stress can make you feel that you have nothing else to
live for but I will tell you the truth you have much to live for, it is just
how you choose to live life and let it can be a good way or a Godly way, why
not cook , cookies if you have children and let them participate or get out the
house and take a walk or goto the store
and look a round or just get to the shopping center and do a little window
shopping, but what ever you do just make sure that it gives you a boost to do
good do in life and delete the unhappiness out of your life and you be the
winner over stress and don’t let stress beat you.
